I've never heard of this designer (Stella Industries) before but I'm glad I have now. Their Lola Dress is newly available at Arte Bebe. I love that it's comfy and lightweight but still has fun flounces and ruffles making it a great party dress. $48 (sizes 2T-4T), $50 (4-6X), or $52 (7-8) at Arte Bebe.
