Gigi's Gear - INC striped rosette dress

This is an INC dress from Macy's. I wasn't too sure about the rosettes and they are a little paper-y. The stripes won me over, though, and I love that the lighter color is off-white and not white. The dress is soooo comfortable. It has a racerback, so I wore the cardi the whole time.
