Gigi's Gear - Talbots striped cashmere sweater

Hello - hope you all are doing well. I purchased this striped cashmere short slv sweater from Talbots last summer, I believe. I don't think I've featured this outfit. At least I hope I haven't. The uniforms -- blazer + top + jeans -- start to blend in.

I almost feel like I'm cheating when I do a top, blazer, pants/jeans & scarf. It's such an easy uniform, though. And I really like that jacket creates a polished look, but I can look more casual when I remove it. I'm really happy w/the Factory blazer. The only thing I would change is if I could have it in petite so that the sleeves would be the correct length.

Gigi's Gear - H & M blazer

I saw this H&M blazer on Downtown Diaries around the time she first posted it. I didn't run out and buy it. Y, I admit to doin that for other items I've seen on blogs. Nipping that in the bud. Well, I was in an H&M a few days later and the blazer popped into my to mind. Lo & behold, I saw two or three on a rack. It was merchandised towards the front of the store. I often take a 6 in H&M, but tried on the that was there and it worked out. Elbow patches? Come on. Of course.
