Today I'm going to my first New York City fashion show. Not surprisingly, it's a kids' fashion show. I've been invited to see Vogue Bambini's Fall/Winter 2010 collections, including DKNY, Ben Sherman, Eli Tahari, Ella Moss Girl, and Petit Bateau. I'll also be stopping to visit other kids' clothing designers at the Children's Club trade show at the Javits Center. I'm pretty excited. Lastly, I'll hop over to Soho to scope out Playtime New York, a smaller, newer trade show that I first reported on last year. Needless to say, I'll be reporting live on everything via Twitter, so check in with me there throughout the day. And of course I'll share my favorite finds with you at the blog this week.
p.s. If you're a (kids') fashionista, you'll love the newly revamped "Children's Club" website which interviews tons of designers--including Kit + Lili, Baby CZ, Rachel Riley, and Lili Gaufrette--on the tradeshow floor. Check it out!
