J Crew's shimmering paillette vest (28146) runs XS - XL. Hand wash, fyi.

ETA - Seen online for $59.99 as of 12/20/10.

Size XS - I didn't like this one. The paillettes are really big and it makes me think of a showgirl. Not in a bad way. Just a theatrical. With some styling, I'm sure some can pull it off.

Elle's sequin sweater vest at Kohl's is so much cuter. And much less expensive, of course.
