My budding-architect 4-year-old may turn out like her geeky mom, who as a little girl spent hours on end assembling "compounds" of buildings with her Lincoln Logs. For those of you who also loved your Lincoln Logs, here is a great Collector's Edition Set which includes 113 logs, 30 green roof slats, six red roof supports and two red chimneys, in a keepsake wood storage box (most other Lincoln Log sets I've seen are much skimpier than this one). The set is produced in a limited edition of 5000 units and costs $100 at FAO Schwarz. Go ahead and see who has more fun- you or your kid.
