Safer Shower Curtains

Without driving myself nuts, I am trying to replace as many household items as possible with eco-friendly alternatives. I'm particularly interested in replacing those products with which my children have close daily contact. I heard about the possible dangers of PVC shower curtains and liners (you know, the ones with the really strong smell when you open the package), so I did some research and was pleased to find there are much safer options out there (that are totally affordable, too). I will be replacing the liner in my kids' bathroom with this plain one (not pictured) from Ikea for under $2- it's made of PEVA, an eco-friendly, chlorine-free alternative to PVC. I'm also admiring Ikea's PEVA-made Iggy Shower Curtain shown here, which costs $9.99. Affordable and healthy for my kids? I'll take that.
