Pop Quiz

I recently had brunch with a friend in the West Village and took these snaps- for those of you not from here, the West Village is one of the most beautiful (and expensive) neighborhoods in the Big Apple, with homes that do not look like what you expect in NYC . We were at a particular street corner that attracts a LOT of attention...can you guess why? (Hint: does the building in the top left corner look familiar?)
