Another Splurge from Chasing Fireflies

Isn't this terrible? Every time I get a Chasing Fireflies catalog, I search through it for the most exorbitantly overpriced item to see if they can top themselves. In the latest catalog, I think this "Gathered Truths" box takes the cake. It's a handmade wooden box filled with 365 "inspiring messages" and it costs just...wait for it...$84. What am I missing here? Do people really pay for this? Would you buy this?

By the way, I think I've mentioned before that many people arrive at this blog via a Google search for Chasing Fireflies coupons (no surprise there). Unfortunately, they rarely offer coupon codes. Your best bet is to track their Facebook page where occasionally they offer shipping upgrades. Also, they do indeed have some good deals on clothing in their sale section.
