One Kid and Pinwheels

While in Nantucket I visited Pinwheels, my favorite kids' clothing store (it doesn't have a website yet). Owner Beth Hanlon has a keen eye for beautiful items both by classic designers (Florence Eisenman, Bella Bliss) as well as trendier lines (Deux par Deux, Tea Collection, Neige, and Oeuf NYC).

This year I discovered a great new kids' clothing line at Pinwheels. It's called One Kid and the designs are gorgeous, age appropriate, and not outrageously priced...my favorite combination. Lo and behold, One Kid's charming blue/brown and pink/brown fall collection has just popped up in the latest Growing Up Garnet Hill catalog (some of the same items I purchased for R. at Pinwheels, in fact):
