Tooby Doo

Brand new children's clothier Tooby Doo, based right here in New York, carries casual chic clothing for babies and little kids. The closest comparison I can make is J. Crew's Crewcuts, but I think Tooby Doo is more fun (even if the selection is limited). I like the girls' flamenco dress ($39) and, shown at right, the boys' Fort Amsterdam tee ($26).
