Talbots - sale on a sale

Save an additional 25% off sale items at Talbots, both in-store & online. This sale started on Friday and is 'for a limited time.' That lingo bugs. When does it end already. Anyway, they are also having 30% off of full-priced pants and that promo ends Monday 11/8. I believe the prices listed online already include the additional 25%.

Jackie Fit Doubled-faced wool jacket - Size 6P - I liked this ok, but the size is at least one too big. It's cropped, unlined and asking $249 seemed steep. It's at a better price now, but if I wanted this, I'd wait for a super sale.

Tweed sheath - I haven't seen or tried it. Talbots cuts a nice dress, in general.

Argyle vest ($44.24) - PL & PXL - I have the pullover with sleeves, irl pics in this post.


Paisley scarf-tie blouse - I really liiiikes this. The colors look beautiful. I am going to refrain from purchasing it. However, if I did, I would ask cs for the length as some of the tops tend to be a little short. I would be interested in a regular size instead of petite since it's not on final sale.It's silk. The description says detachable cami, which doesn't mean anything to me. You?

Ponte knit V-back sheath - This cassis color is gorgeous. The v-back doesn't seem too low either. This is on my wishlist for future consideration. Not sure if I'd get 4P or 6P.

Modern trench ($104.99) - Khaki tan, black and navy.
