I visited an Old Navy today. 30 % off will surely get you out there and in the rain. Of course it cleared when I got home. *lol* If you have an opportunity to visit ON in-person, I highly recommend it.
ETA: I forgot to share this really pretty aqua tunic. It's regular price in-store & online. Two drawbacks are that it seemed regular long in the regular size. Not long enough for dress, but I didn't like it as a tunic and would want it shorter for some white pants or shorts. So I ordered it in PM and S Tall to see what happens. 2nd downside is that it's just a bit sheer and a little bit scratchy. I guess that's 3 drawbacks total. The sheerness affects color saturation and doesn't nesc mean your bra will show thru unless you're wearing stark black or white. That said, overriding the drawbacks is the color. I looooooove the color. It makes me think of spring & summer. It's really a stunner and, for me, worth the hassle of trying 2 sizes online and returning if they don't work.
Linen-Blend Tunic
Twill Button-Front Trench - This color green color (forest floor), black and tan were still available in a couple stores I've visited recently. The trenches has signage of $37.50, but it rang up for $29.99...+ 30% off w/Give Get. Twenny dollahs? I'm on it. FYI the green is more rich than this. It's a deep military green. The stripe button-back tee immediately came to mind + jeans and booties or a pair of wedges.
Also of note are the dresses. Some of the dresses I recently reviewed are marked down. They weren't in the clearance section in my store. So look towards the front of the store where other dresses are. Sale may be mixed w/regular price.
Gauze Crochet-Trim Dress (809575, dumpling) - Size M - I'm pretty sure this was marked down. My mind recalls it being around $19 or so.
Crochet-Trim Ruffled Dress (809545, chinchilla) - Size M - This was definitely marked down. I don't think I even looked at the price.
Ruffled Sundress - I tried this on in S and it runs big. I think the online reviews exaggerate about the size, but it definitely runs big. The eyelet at the chest sort of hangs open like you're catching crumbs w/doilies. It wasn't as sheer as some reviewers remarked. At least in the lighting I was in. I do stand w/the reviewers in the don't like it camp. I think it was around $12 in my store, so if you think it might be for you, try it. It's a little prairie/country and I'm sure that's a match for some.
Check out a couple ON irl pics from Audreybella.
I went in to get one thing and left my camera in the car. I know better, but I was going in for 'just one thing' and ended up trying on some clothes. The clearance section was plentiful, but not overstuffed. There are definitely some bargains to be had w/addtl 30%. From me to you, take care to not buy junk. There are a lot of see-thru tops and styles with $5.99 price tags that you will be convinced are 'you.' Don't fall for the price, even with addtl 30%. Unlike the spring fever card, the Give Get is good on almost all merchandise at Gap, Banana Republic & Old Navy. So remember yo' kids and yo' husbands, too!
