Kite tails tee - I asked if this is supposed to be oversized and the rep said no. I like the looks of it, even though the description states it's sheer.
XS - chest = 34.5", length = 25", sweep circumference = 38.5"
S - chest = 36.5", length = 25.5", sweep circumference = 40.5"
Lace twist-back tank - Lace pattern looks the same as above, but in a tank version.
XS - chest = 32.5", across shoulders, 9.75", length = 26", sweep circumference = 37.5"
S - chest = 34.5", across shoulders, 10.25", length = 26.5, sweep circumference = 39.5"
Mesh dot tee - Some of the hat styling is wacky on Madewell. Boy George from the 80s, but it doesn't look right on the models. The fabric textures we've seen recently are fun. This is something different than lace. I guess it's kind of 80s, too. A revamped International Male top. *lol*
Striped booklist tank - Red is my fave. Also comes in black stripes & grey stripes.
Weekend escape jacket - Also comes in a light grey. If this has a decent heft, then it's definitely a great jacket.
If there's no Madewell near you, then return by post is your only choice. As it involves a fee, I'm not a fan, although I've done it for a couple of Madewell items I've ordered. Most of the items I've ordered have worked and I choose the same sizes as I do in J Crew. I also take advantage of the online chat, which seems to be more accessible than J Crew's. There's now a Madewell within an hour from me, so I'll have to take a visit one day and report back.
If you've found something great from Madewell in recent times, do tell.
