Size 4 - I would say this runs one size large. I was in JC one day and one of the staff members went down 2 sizes for herself. I didn't agree with that, but I'd say size down one. And this is me at the highest weight I've been. Still 5'2". I like the dress. The sleeves are slightly cap sleeve, which isn't very exciting, but something different than a cap sleeve or sleeveless. I have an average width torso, I believe, so if you're narrow, the cap might fall a bit longer on your arms.
I tucked the sleeve in, but it's not as cute completely sleeveless.
