F21 - a pick me up

Ok, so I admit I am still over budget. I ended Feb in the red and here in March, I'm still in the red. I have some consigned clothing money to pick up and items to return, which should get me much closer to being in line. A clothing budget in the red did not stop me from my old ways of using shopping as a pick me up. Yesterday was great in the day, but took me down from the afternoon onward. I totally want Talbots' nude ankle wrap sandals or lucite heel sandals. However, I knew F21 would be the route to take and one that wouldn't lead to a morning after shopping hangover. Coming to me soon:

Basic woven skirt (2070221510) - This also came in beige, which is sold out. You can't see the beige online, but you might find it in-store. I imagine it would be easy to spot it on a rack. F21 easy? Yes, when you follow my How to Shop at Forever 21 guide. I have a very pretty, knife-pleated top from F21. The pleats on this skirt are looser and I expect to like it. I'm very inspired by Amy of kelinda.KELINDA who is around my height, possibly an inch or two shorter. She rocks skirts of a variety of lengths & looks smashing in them all. I didn't bother to measure how long this will hit on me. Why ruin the shopping high. If I need, I'll return it for a credit (M).
Sheer peasant top (sold out as of 3/28) - Now that I look at it, the neckline might be a bit hokey. However, for $8.50...I'm pretty sure I won't be returning it for F21's store credit policy. I predict #winner on this one (M).

Jersey maxi tie-dye dress - Blogger Audrebella and I are similar in size & coloring. When I see her images on Google, sometimes I think it's me. I saw this dress online and then saw it on Audreybella. I decided to go for it (M). I have a large bead turquoise necklace, yellow cluster necklace or my coral bead one will look good.

The three items above came to $60. Free shipping is at $50 or more. I knew I wanted to get the dress & longer skirt = $49.60. Before I saw the $8.50 peasant top I considered these:

I bought the Natalie lace top on an order a month or so ago. F21 has a new link on their site you can click on called Back in Stock. This top previously sold out and available again. This may be the 3rd time it's been available. I tried the coral. Didn't go w/my skin. I love the taupe and I also have black (out of stock). Unfortunately, I have to wait for spring to wear this one. It's too thin to layer w/a turtleneck. That might work for someone else, but I don't like the stuffy feeling that gives me. Yes, I layer t-necks under sweaters, but under a top this thin it would feel weird to me (M).
