My First Guest Blogger

I am very excited to introduce my first guest blogger, who happens to be my sister. Read all about her and her many accomplishments as a writer here.

Hello, MyMomShops readers! I'd like to thank your resident blogmistress for allowing me the privilege of guest-posting. I'm her sister--you may remember "meeting" me back in this post.

Most of the gifts I buy for R. and S. are connected in some way with my own passion for books and writing. And that includes magazine subscriptions. Most recently, I've subscribed R. to Ladybug Magazinewhich is published by the well-known Carus Publishing Group. The magazine describes itself as appropriate for children ages 2-6 (R., as you all know, is 4). I'm always happy to see the new issue over at my sister's place. When I peruse the stories, poems, and illustrations (not to mention the suggested activities), I've never regretted my choice. Bonus--there's no outside advertising in this magazine.)
